POP3 & IMAP Access: Fidelity mail comes with IMAP & POP3 access to download your emails. POP3 & IMAP access is for use with desktop email programs like Outlook, Outlook Express and Eudora.
Web Access: Fidelity mail also comes standard with Web access. Web mail is great for checking your email at home, on the road or anywhere else outside of the office. Our Web mail is simple to use and can be learned by a first time email user in less than a 1/2 hr.
Wireless Access [US customers only]: EnterGroup extends an existing email address to text message enabled digital cell phones, pagers, or wireless PDAs. No need for multiple email addresses or special devices. Wireless access is an upgraded service.
SMTP Outgoing Service: Fidelity mail comes with standard SMTP service. You can send email from your office, laptop or home regardless of what service provider you use to connect to the Internet. |

Small Business Package [less than 100 mailboxes]: Each mailbox comes standard with a huge 100 MB of storage space. Without ever downloading or erasing any messages, your mailbox can hold approximately 33,000 messages [based on an average email size of approximately 3KB]. Extra Storage space is available as an upgrade.
Medium Sized Business Packages [100 to 500 mailboxes]: Each package is equipped with its own number of both manager mailboxes and employee mailboxes. Each manager mailbox has 50 MB of storage space and each employee mailbox comes equipped with 25 MB of storage space. Learn more about configurations in the pricing section.
Large Business and Enterprise Packages: For businesses that require more than 500 mailboxes, EnterGroup custom designs packages to fit your disk space requirements.
